A dressed, cleaned soft crab has had the mouth and face behind the eyes removed -- the lungs are also removed. They are ready to cook. This product cuts down on prep time and ensures proper preparation of the crab. Soft shells are a universal favourite, with a sweet and mild, briny flavour. Try them pan fried, sauteed, grilled or broiled to preserve a crisp outer layer.
